Our Ticketing Phone Number, can be called to reach a live person during hours of operation, M-F 9AM-4:30PM EST. Here you will hopefully be connected with an operator, where they can troubleshoot any questions you have. If unable to connect with a person, a voicemail can be left, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

The ticketing team can also be reached just as easily at tickets@usga.org with any question. We will respond as quickly as we can. We have multiple team members working diligently to respond to all customer questions as promptly as we can.
USGA Live Chatbot Support on ticketing pages!
Lastly, we have recently launched a chat support bot to help assist in finding information for customer quickly without having to get connected with someone via email or phone. The chatbot will take a question and based on what it is asking will pull up an article that holds the information/answers. That live chatbot is available on each USGA championship webpage.
