The USGA highly recommends purchasing tickets from our official ticketing provider, SeatGeek. Fans should follow the proper channels to ensure they are purchasing tickets that 100% verified and authentic. Fans should do so using the USGA App, SeatGeek App, USGA website, or SeatGeek website. Be aware of sponsored results that may populate before the given websites from an online search.
If tickets are purchased from a secondary market, ensure you have accepted the ticket transfer. A QR code will populate in the USGA App or SeatGeek App under the tickets section. With that being said, if the secondary market has not initiated a transfer, the USGA Ticketing Department will be limited in resolution efforts. The fan must contact with the secondary market to have them send the tickets.
