Can't Find My Confirmation Email

The following information pertains to all USGA ticketed Championships unless specified otherwise:


If you purchased USGA Championship tickets from the USGA App, SeatGeek App, USGA website, or SeatGeek website, you were sent a confirmation email and receipt from SeatGeek. These documents are sent to the email address associated with the SeatGeek account used to purchase tickets. If you require assistance locating these documents, please contact the the USGA Ticketing Department.


When contacting the USGA Ticketing Department, using the email address tickets@usga.org, please include details such as:

  • Email Address
  • USGA & SeatGeek Account Number
  • Phone Number
  • Order Number
  • Name


The information listed above will help expedite resolution efforts carried out by members of the Ticketing Department. If you do not have any of the information listed above, please provide any variations in an email address used, phone number associated with the SeatGeek account, or even a different name that you may have used when creating a SeatGeek account. Any confirmation emails and/or receipts from an authentic channel (USGA App, SeatGeek App, USGA website, SeatGeek website) can be located and replaced.
